Marlin on Zonestar P802QR2

I currently have Marlin 1.1.7 on my dual extruder QR2 and it's working "kind of". I can't seem to correctly align my nozzles though. So on lines 215 and 216 of Configuration.h line 215 seemed to have worked to align my nozzles for X but no matter what values I put in line 216 it has no effect. Unfortunately since I switched to Marlin I have completely lost the capacity to set this in the LCD menu.
example:

#define HOTEND_OFFSET_X {0.0, 17.00} // (in mm) for each extruder, offset of the hotend on the X axis
#define HOTEND_OFFSET_Y {0.0, 1.0}  // (in mm) for each extruder, offset of the hotend on the Y axis
This had no effect............^^^
