Hello!
I'm trying to autotune my heat bed. The bed is a circuit board type with a build-in relay. I sent the M303 E-1 S60 C3 command, and when the temperature reached 60 degrees, the relay starts to click rapidly. If I enter the results into the firmware, the relay begins clicking when the bed reaches temperature. I'm sure this isn't good for the relay.
The default settings provided by Makerfarm are: kp 644.48 ki 117.07 kd 886.96
The results of the autotune are: kp 189.37 ki 13.57 kd 660.86
How can I adjust the settings so the relay doesn't trip so rapidly?
Also, if I change the temperature when I run the autotune, I get different results. For instance, if I test at 120 degrees, the results are: kp 97.15 ki 4.0 kd 589.70. Would I need to change these settings each time I change filament types?
Thanks,
matt
