For the normal 2004 lcd you need to enable

#define REPRAP_DISCOUNT_SMART_CONTROLLER

and disable

//#define REPRAP_DISCOUNT_FULL_GRAPHIC_SMART_CONTROLLER

the 2004 lcd does not need glcd library, but it wont matter that you added it.
