MKS Base V1.2 Using RC4 Does not Boot

I've tried defining MOTHERBOARD with the following: BOARD_MKS_BASE, BOARD_RAMPS_14_EFB, and BOARD_RAMPS_13_EFB (equivalent to 33 which I am using fine with 1.0.2-1) with no luck. Display just shows row of blocks on lines 1 and 3 on power on and that's it.

Any suggestions for which value to use for "#define MOTHERBOARD" in Configurations.h?
