Well... Start small. First bring up PronterFace and make sure the nozzle moves in the correct direction for X, Y & Z. Then verify correct movement with M114.
And then... When all of that behaves as you expect... Start asking about the End Stops with M119. Put the nozzle in the middle of the bed up in the air and see what M119 says. Then you can either move the carraige or just trigger endstops with your finger and verify the M119 changes appropriately.
Probably... doing the above steps is going to find the problem that is blowing you out of the water.
