Command to change Homing Feedrate?

I am helping a friend with his printer and the z axis homing feedrate is way too high. I know it is able to be changed in the marlin code but he doesn't have a copy of it. I looked on Marlin's website and couldn't find a command to change it through eeprom so is there any other way to slow it down?
