I'm printing with a BQ/Hephestos 2 printer. The firmware is derived from Marlin [github.com]
I was wondering if there would exist an "Hibernate" feature.
What I mean by hibernate would be the ability to pause an ongoing printing, turn off the printer and be able to resume at any point later. I imagine the printer state would be saved and restored using the SD card.
The existing pause/resume feature is just fine for short break but let the nozzle at hight temperature which is energy consuming and potentially dangerous if I let the printer unattended.
That could be really nice for long printing.
If not existing would this feature be already planed on a future firmware release?
