Odd temperature readings and failing autotune

Hi all,

I put together a Colido DIY just now, and it worked fine for a while. I use it via Repetier Host.

Then, during a print, the hot end cords got snagged with the table, and it yanked the thermistor out of its connector. The wires were not damaged.

Since that, in room temperature, the hot end registers 43C, while the room temp is 22.

Printing seems to work fine, it heats up to 215 no problem, and extrudes fine.

Auto PID tuning fails however, with the cause of Too high temperature.

I am a little amiss with this, any pointers?
