Nozzle position to the bed. XY

Hi!

I have installed skynet. marlin fork.
Also installed a new bowden set up. So nozzle is not in the same position.

Z probe offset is right on the middle of the bed.
But the nozzle has moved 20mm to right in x axis( just in middle/front of the z-probe). And ca -10mm on Y axis.

I can not find where I set the nozzle position. If I change probe position (x/y) It will try to probe the bed..outside of the bed..

Have looked and looked. But can't find info about this. Im sure its easy when you know it..
