So basically its not a 3d printer as far as firmware is concerned
so consider using GRBL firmware (CNC firmware)
the temp control etc is rather embedded into the core design for most firmware...
(im not saying its not do-able, but depends on how much hair you want to loose)
The other option is to just replace the thermistors with a 100K resistors, then the machine always thinks its at 25C, but you still have to disable the cold extrusion safety measures
